E-Fildan Computer Software System, as a pioneer local software developer in Davao City, has a track record of satisfied clients not only within Davao City but also outside the city. Following a few years of software development, the company expanded into the supply and installation of electronic equipment such as CCTV, computers, printers, and Internet modems, as well as the repair and maintenance of these items.
E-Fildan is committed to providing excellent service and ensuring complete client satisfaction. As a result of the challenges posed by the Covid-19 global outbreak, E-Fildan began developing online or web-based application, particularly Online Accounting Software which was launched in 2020, to meet the needs of other businesses opting to go online. The development of its mobile-based software is underway and is expected to be launched soon.
E-Fildan Computer Software System is a sole proprietorship, owned by Holden D. Barbadillo. It is located on the 2nd Floor, Unit 203 of Proluxe Building, Mayon Street, Davao City, Philippines. It was established in 2003 and has been in business for almost 18 years now.

Historical Background
In the year 2003, a group of good friends with common passion, led by Holden P. Barbadillo, started developing Point-of-Sale Software products for clients referred by acquaintances. Their service quickly grew into a custom application development company, and the following year, their business, E-Fildan Computer Software System, formally launched Point of Sale (POS) application software to the business market. E.R. Superstore (the largest grocery outlet in Mati City) is one of its major clients, which first used its Pay-Out-System in 2005.
It was also in 2005 that prestigious clients began to sprout, contributing to the company’s unstoppable growth. ER Super Mall, Starburst Marketing Inc. , Sunscor Grocerama, Holiday Groups of Company’s, Davao Golden Hardware, RSP Ventures Inc., ALN Solutions and others are among their clients. These clients have contributed to the growth and development of E-Fildan Computer Software System, broadening its horizons far beyond what they had imagined.
That same year was also the release of Cronos Accounting System and Cronos Enrollment System as well as the expansion of the company’s business from software development to the inclusion of reselling of surveillance cameras, biometric products, computer hardware accessories, and solutions for structured cabling for data/voice such as Local Area Network and PABX System. They also began to offer computer hardware repairs and other related services such as installation.
With a strong commitment to client satisfaction, service excellence, the building of long-term relationships in the communities it serves, E-Fildan began developing online or web-based application, particularly Online Accounting Software which was launched in 2020, to meet the needs of other businesses opting to go online, especially in the aftermath of the global Covid-19 outbreak.
